Through public awareness campaigns and partners forums, we educate locals on the dangers of past and potential biodiversity incursions, and how to take action against threats.
Building Capability
Preparation is key to maintaining biosecurity - with extensive response network planning, training, and strengthening, we are able to develop strategies to deal with potential incursions.
Developing Future Leaders
Our Tiakina Taiao and sentinel garden programmes educate and empower youth to become future environmental and biosecurity leaders.
Spotlighting Biosecurity
Symposiums bring together experts from diverse fields to share knowledge and develop strategies relating to all areas of biosecurity.
