Each year TMBC hosts a Biosecurity Excellence Symposium, attended by up to 140 people who gather to consider different themes each year.

In 2022 the theme was 'Biosecurity Reset: working together to strengthen the system'.  In 2020 the theme was 'COVID-19: impact, learnings and new thinking for biosecurity'.

The aim of these events is to bring together a diverse line-up of speakers alongside our local biosecurity community with a focus on how we can strengthen our team of 5 million biosecurity champions.
